WHY CONSIDER MAKING A BEQUEST TO PCCC
Park City Community Church (PCCC) is one of Park City’s treasured resources – having been initially established by a Methodist Circuit Rider in the small mining town of Park City in 1881.
Park City Community Church makes a positive difference in the individuals, children, and families who attend our services, in the quality of life in Park City and surrounding communities, and throughout the world as part of our international Missions.
The Park City Community Church Bequest Society will honor all those who have given so much to advance our cause and to extend the tradition of commitment and sacrifice into the next century and on to future generations.
The Park City Community Church Bequest Society is a special group of dedicated members who, by making provision for a future contribution to PCCC in their Wills, Trusts or other forms of estate planning, are demonstrating their support for the use of television for the public good.
We invite you to join The Park City Community Church Bequest Society by including PCCC in your Will. Your participation will help ensure the future of the Church, and it’s mission to transform individual lives, the community, and the world.

How to include a Bequest in your Will to PCCC
You can help ensure a strong future for the Park City Community Church and be honored as a Member of The Park City Community Church Bequest Society by a simple addition to your Will in these ways:
1) Include an explicit bequest of an amount of money or specific property (stocks, bonds, etc.) to the Park City Community Church, using the following clause:
"I give, devise and bequeath to Park City Community Church, 4501 N. Highway 224, Park City. Utah, the sum of $ (or describe the specific property you intend to bequeath.")
2) Include a percentage bequest of your estate, using the following clause:
"I give, devise and bequeath to Park City Community Church, 4501 N. Highway 224, Park City. Utah, percent of my estate, both real and personal property of whatever kind and wheresoever situated."
3) Include a residual bequest
for the remainder of your estate, once you have made all your specific
bequests [e.g., young children or other relatives], using the following
"I give, devise and bequeath to Park City Community Church, 4501 N. Highway 224, Park City. Utah, all or percent
of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal
property of whatever kind and wheresoever situated."
NOTE: Each person’s legal and financial situation will differ and the laws applicable to estates and trusts vary from state to state. It is important that you consult with a lawyer with respect to any gifts you may wish to make in your Will. If you don’t have a Will or need a lawyer, check with your local Bar Association or talk with your friends about those lawyers who have been most helpful.
